SOMA supports 5 GEMA document types: account movements (payments & transactions), status reports (yearly claims per category), assignments (publisher advances), account statements (PDF) and payout schedules (PDF with distribution dates). You can also import GEMA work registrations via email (.eml) or PDF and upload Excel work lists (.xlsx). SOMA automatically matches all works to your songs through 5-phase matching — including IPI numbers, work titles and contributors.

Spotify data is automatically synced daily at 6:00 AM — streams, popularity scores, followers and listener data. SOMA creates historical snapshots so you can track trends and developments over weeks and months. Audio features like BPM, key and genre are detected on first sync via audio analysis (Essentia) or Spotify API and stored as tags.

SOMA only shows forecasts when data quality permits. Every forecast has a confidence score: below 30% it's hidden, below 60% no prediction is shown, above 85% it's considered verified. Recoupment forecasts use 3 scenarios (conservative, expected, optimistic) based on historical variance. Live GEMA forecasts calculate minimum earnings using official GEMA rates, ticket prices and capacity. We'd rather show no number than a wrong one.

Absolutely. SOMA offers three 2FA methods: passkeys (biometric via Face ID or fingerprint), TOTP (Google Authenticator) and email OTP. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, Spotify credentials encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Critical data like GEMA works and signed splitsheets are stored immutably (append-only with SHA-256 hashing).
